The Try Scuba experience is the ideal starting point for a first discovery of the underwater world. No experience is required whatsoever. An instructor stays by your side throughout every dive.

🎓 SSI Open Water diving course Koh Tao, certified in 2 days
The Open Water is the first official scuba diving certification — recognised worldwide, valid for life, and allowing you to dive to 18 metres independently. At The Divers Boat, we complete it in 2 days — while most other centres in Koh Tao take 3 days. In addition, the course includes a hot lunch every day.

🚀 SSI Advanced Open Water, go deeper, dive better
The Advanced Open Water follows naturally from the Open Water. It allows you to dive to 30 metres depth and improves your buoyancy and technique. Furthermore, it opens the door to deeper and more demanding sites — including Sail Rock at full depth and the military wrecks of Koh Tao. It is also strongly recommended before joining our exclusive 3S Trip.

⭐ SSI Specialties, 1 to 2 days each
Our specialty courses let you go further in your diving practice. In addition, each specialty contributes to your record toward the Divemaster level. Duration is 1 to 2 days depending on the number of dives required — with a maximum of 3 training dives per day.
🏆 SSI Divemaster, go professional in Koh Tao
The Divemaster is the first SSI professional certification. It qualifies you to guide certified divers and assist instructors during training. Consequently, it is a key step for those who want to turn diving into a career.
✅ Entry: minimum 40 logged dives
✅ Certification: minimum 60 dives required — realistic target 100 to 150
✅ Unlimited dives on the blue boat throughout the entire programme
✅ In-depth theory, practical internship and supervision of real dive groups
