Sail Rock — known locally as Hin Bai — is the most celebrated dive site in the Gulf of Thailand. This isolated granite pinnacle rises from 42 metres to just below the surface, with its famous natural chimney, dense barracuda tornadoes, giant groupers and regular whale shark sightings.

Our 10:00am departure from Koh Phangan is the only one in the Gulf of Thailand compatible with the Lomprayah ferry from Koh Samui. Every other operator departs at 8:00am — too early to catch the first ferry. At The Divers Boat, you take the first Lomprayah from Koh Samui, arrive in Koh Phangan in time, dive twice at Sail Rock and return to Koh Samui the same evening.
