📘 Course Structure – Stress Management Diving Koh Tao

The Stress Management Diving Koh Tao program lasts 2 days and combines theory with practical exercises. You will experience:

  • Classroom sessions on recognizing and managing stress

  • 5 training dives up to 30 meters

  • Rescue exercises and first-aid techniques

Through these exercises, you learn to anticipate stress and respond appropriately in real-life diving situations.

Stress & Rescue

Stress is a major cause of diving accidents and therefore negatively impacts rescue situations. This program teaches you the skills and knowledge required to recognize and deal with stress, prevent accidents and properly deal with emergency situations encountered by divers. After completing the course, you will earn the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.
  • Minimum Age: 15.
  • Students must have proof of current training within two (2) years of First Aid and CPR.
